Perne road (part of the A1134) is convieniently located on the south side of the city of Cambridge, on the old Cambrigde ring road It can be easily accessed by car from any direction entering Cambridge (A14 south Junction 35 & A14/ M11 Junction 11- 5mins~ Stansted 30 mins by car).
